Project
Overview:

The Tolland office was developed as the firm’s second location, creating an opportunity to carry its established values and client-centered approach into a new environment.

The design needed to feel connected to the flagship office while remaining appropriate to the architecture, scale, and daily needs of the Tolland team. The result is a polished, welcoming workplace that supports private consultations, larger meetings, and the continued growth of the firm.

From Concept to Completion:

SRCD developed the interior vision, furniture plan, finish selections, lighting, and final styling for the new office.

Working closely with the client and project team, each selection was coordinated to create a cohesive environment that feels familiar to existing clients while establishing a clear identity for the second location.

Design Approach:

The design focused on continuity without duplication.

Warm wood tones, tailored upholstery, layered lighting, original artwork, and residentially inspired seating create a familiar sense of comfort and trust. At the same time, the layout and furnishings respond specifically to the Tolland office, supporting both intimate advisor conversations and larger client or team gatherings.
